I didn't use rsync (I don't have it) but the netinstaller and tlmgr
update --self.

Currently I can't do anything. I'm waiting if anything
(update-tlmgr-latest.exe or whatever) changes so that I can repair
tlmgr.  (just tried again first update-tlmgr-latest and then tlmgr
update --self and it fails).


But next time I will save the log ;-).
