[tex-live] lineno.sty in humanities repo rather than base for some reason... can it be changed?

    alnumsec, and arydshln.

Thanks for looking into c-humanities.  I suspect the above two were put
there by mistake; I don't remember any particular history for them
(unlike lineno).  In any event, I agree with you that their
functionality is not humanities-specific, and I've moved them to
latexextra.
