[tex-live] lineno.sty in humanities repo rather than base for some reason... can it be changed?

Wrong at least when it comes to Debian/Ubuntu, as we are doing
a mapping from TeX Live's collections to Debian packages.

That is, more or less, 
	collection-foobar  => texlive-foobar
(with some hyphens added here and there)
