[tex-live] ctan.elena.aut.ac.nz mirror not listed in MiKTeX manager

Hi,

I have just noticed that the local mirror, ctan.elena.aut.ac.nz is not 
being listed in the package manager for MiKTeX. As ctan.elena.aut.ac.nz 
is the only ctan mirror in New Zealand, it is desirable to obtain 
updates from this rather than incurring international traffic costs.
1. Why is ctan.elena.aut.ac.nz not registered as a mirror?
2. How can we force MiKTeX for download from ctan.elena.aut.ac.nz?

Note that tlmgr on Mac works from the same mirror.
