[tex-live] Progress and regress of ghostscript

there is an unhappy regress in ghostscript since 9.09 (9.07 is fine),
I have now made a bug report:

  Bug 695252 - /DOCVIEW pdfmark ruins /OpenAction
  http://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=695252

It affects `pdfstartpage'/`pdfstartview' of `hyperref', when
used via dvips/ps2pdf.

While writing the bug report I detected an happy progress
in the current master sources (> 9.14):

  Bug 695151 - Add BMC/EMC and BDC pdfmark support
  http://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=695151

That means, package `accsupp' will now work via
dvips/ps2pdf with this ghostscript.
