Hi Karl,
I haven't uploaded Asymptote 2.28 to CTAN yet because there will be a new
2.29 release, which, thanks to Mojca, will support ConTeXt again, very
soon. I see that your code freeze is on May 15.
I should be able to upload version 2.29 to CTAN by end of day, May 14th.
