[tex-live] Multiple TEXMFHOME on Windows

Hi,

on Linux, it is easy to have multiple TEXMFHOME, thanks to:

  ╭────
  │ tlmgr conf texmf TEXMFHOME "~/texmf-test:~/texmf"
  ╰────

Does this command work on Windows as well?
