[tex-live] babel-french broken with LuaLaTeX

Hi all,

The fix is included in version 3.0b which should make its way to texlive 
tonight I guess.

Btw, for the TeXLive team: with version 3.0a, the lua file frenchb.lua 
was copied to texmf-dist/tex/generic/babel-french/ (fine) and also to 
texmf-dist/doc/generic/babel-french/;  it doesn't hurt, but it is 
useless as the lua code is fully documented in frenchb.pdf.
