[tex-live] less opens "install-tl --help" instead of perl-doc

Hi Lukas,

Indeed, this is a *p*i*t*a* in the Debian/Ubuntu packaging.
We worked around it for tlmgr, so that if you do the same with
tlmgr you get plain text output asair.
For install-tl we didn't do that, as we don't think it is worth
the trouble.

No, we don't want to maintain separate man pages just because some
distributions ship a butchered perldoc ...

Yes, this is our plan. You could try to convince Debian/Ubuntu to provide
a different option.
