[tex-live] installing with custom binaries & making it

(But 'make world', not 'make World'. :-))

What is 'make world' actually doing? (I'm not familiar with GNU
Make/Autoconf utils, etc.)

By the way, i was trying and 'make world' has 1 fail test (bibtexmem),
however 'make && make check' has no ones.
