apart from the .cls (and lots of .clo for setting up text sizes), i see
only two: memhfixc.sty and mempatch.sty

  memhfixc provides an interface between memoir and hyperref
  mempatch allows patches to be provided by replacing a small file
    rather than the (rather huge) memoir.cls

... memhfixc could have a partner to interface with the navigator
    package.
... i've not noticed a new mempatch for some time, but it's there for
    the distant possibility that a bug will raise its ugly head

latex itself does the mempatch-type thing -- see fixltx2e
