[tex-live] texlive 2014 Comments. -- Overly complex and difficult to install on RedHat/Fedora !!

You are right. And it may vary in the future. That's why I suggested
to submit it as a feature request. The new version of such a dummy
package must be created before the new version of Fedora is released,
otherwise it can make even more harm.
