[tex-live] BUG: instability of dvipdfmx compiled with clang/Mac/64bit (haspatch)

MD5 function in dvipdfmx has a memory bug. It can cause abort-trap
when handling JPEG/PNG images on x86-64 machines.

In fact, some users are reporting that the dvipdfmx compiled with clang
on Mac OS X Lion doesn't work as expected.
