Support for \lang at hebrew.  The fact that there are no patterns does
not seem a /prima facie/ reason for omitting support for the language;
the effect of \uselanguage {hebrew} could, as the cited Stack Exchange
document suggests, simply be to inhibit hyphenation completely.
