I had to make some final cleanups today after the barrage of updates the
last two days, so there will be one more build tonight.  As long as I
was there, I took some simple updates from CTAN and a couple more fixed
luatex binaries.

As you will have seen from my other mail, I am extremely reluctant to
make any more changes of any kind.

Please consider the repository frozen as of right now.  I.e., do not
commit anything without talking to me first.
