[tex-live] Minor problem with the ams fonts doc

Hi Bruno,

    The doc amsfndoc.pdf for AMS fonts

Thanks for the report.  Heiko prepares those hyperlinked pdf's as part
of his latex-tds package (which should also contain the exact details on
how he made them, though I admit I don't know for sure).  Evidently
something went wrong.

I'll restore the AMS originals.
