[tex-live] econometrica.bst contains a non-free license

That text, including Patrick W. Daly's copyright line, appears in quite
a few bibtex files.  It looks like it may come from the natbib.tex file,
rather than from the creator of the bst file.  The identical text shows
up in old versions of natbib.tex.

The current CTAN/macros/latex/contrib/natbib/natbib.dtx uses the latex licence.

Perhaps the old bst files can be regenerated?
