[tex-live] Mathdesign is not up to date

Dear TeXLive maintainers,

as far as I can see the current version of Paul Pichau­reau's Mathdesign 
package provided by TeXLive is not up to date. While the latest version 
on CTAN is 2.25 TeXLive still offers version 1.55.
