Hello Norbert,

sorry to have not reported earlier but I wasn't in the references of
your last messages on 2 july and so I didn't realize there were
answers. 

The package has been updated in miktex and beside the fact that the
map is not activated (which is a miktex problem I already reported)
it seems to work fine. Thank you (and all the others) very much for
the work!
