[tex-live] lualatex error in connection with amsart and fontspec

Hi,

I found a bug in texlive 2013 which appears only in the following combination: luatex, \documentclass{amsart} and \usepackage{fontspec}, the MWE is

\documentclass{amsart}
\usepackage{fontspec}

\begin{document}
\footnote{$1$}%
\end{document}


when invoking lualatex example.tex it gives


! \textfont6 is undefined (character 49).
<argument> $1$
   
l.5 \footnote{$1$}
                %
? 


Note that this error does not appear when one inserts any math environment before the footnote, i.ei., the problem seems to be that the first math environment appears in a footnote.

Can you reproduce this bug?

And where is the right place to report it?
