I swear an oath. My install.log dates 2013-04-13 and I never copied 
anything from the 2012 branch.

My powerdot.r25656.tar.xz dates 2013-06-29. It was made with tl2013. 
powerdot.tlbobj contains  RELOC/doc/latex/powerdot/Changes etc.
