yes.
I have prepared a zip file with the content and updated yhmath.dtx
(including the vpl file and map file) and updated .ins file,
but included all the generated files in the zip file for
upload to CTAN.

I also wrote a README.
Please, if someone can confirm that this works correctly, and alos
gives the README a minute of corrections, it would be great.

README for yhmath
This package contains the yhmath fonts and support files from
Yannis Haralambous, as well as the PostScript Type1 version of
the fonts.
It merges two former CTAN packages:
macros/latex/contrib/yhmath and fonts/yhmath
Changes were made to the original distribution from Yannis to make
the fonts more easily accessible:
* name the main mf file yrcmex10.mf
* generate a virtual font yhcmex10 that uses cmex10 for the lower
128 positions (according to mail from enrico.gregorio to
tex-live at tug.org on 27 Apr 2009 15:51:53.)
* fix the spacing of delimiters in the virtual font
Authors of the content of the package:
* original Metafont files, plus yhmath docs and TeX files: Yannis Haralambous
* map file: public domain, unknown, probably by Karl Berry
* fixed vpl/vf file: Haruhiko Okumura, downloaded from
http://oku.edu.mie-u.ac.jp/~okumura/texfaq/archive/
* inclusion of map file and vpl file in the yhmath.dtx, and additional
changes in the yhmath.ins file: Norbert Preining
