[tex-live] add Cyrillic modern fonts

Hi Andrey - thanks for the note.  I took a quick look at the fonts.  It
seems perfectly fine in general to me to include them in TeX Live, but
can you please upload it to CTAN?  We have a firm policy to take
packages from there.
