[tex-live] Some problem about the searching path of TexLive

I'm so sorry to complain the problem without a more careful check by 
myself.

The fact is that I had installed latex in my computer before but didn't 
realize it. When I use latex command to build my pdf file, I was calling 
the old version actually.
