[tex-live] testsuite: to include or not to include? doc or src?

So do I. So of course some stuff cannot be inlcuded. Then for that particualt test one could just add a description as to what one would have done.

We just did a second printing of a book. I had fixed to typos for this printing and the printer company just wanted to know which pages had changed. It was quite useful for example to take the old PDF and the new PDF and overlay one atop the other. 

I think many could at leat benefit from the descriptions of how people test
