[tex-live] The pretest tlmgr showing its version as 2012

Please reinstall, something was probably not set up properly.

I just now did a installation and that could access the tlpretest
without problems:
$ tlmgr update --repo ftp://ftp.ctex.org/mirrors/texlive/tlpretest/ --list
tlmgr: package repository ftp://ftp.ctex.org/mirrors/texlive/tlpretest/
tlmgr: saving backups to /home/norbert/tl/2013/tlpkg/backups
tlmgr: no updates available
$ which tlmgr
/home/norbert/tl/2013/bin/i386-linux/tlmgr
$

The problem is in 
	2013/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLConfig.pm
where the release year is defined. If you installed before this was switched,
the installation believes to be in 2012 ;-)

Reinstall.
