The fonts can now be installed with getnonfreefonts.

If you have getnonfreefonts installed already, you don't have to
install it again.  Try

  getnonfreefonts[-sys] --lsfonts

Otherwise see

  http://tug.org/fonts/getnonfreefonts

Please note that CTAN re-directs getnonfreefonts to a mirror and not
all mirrors might be up-to-date already.
