[tex-live] `texdoc texsort' gives `cuted.pdf'

it's there in the catalogue.  you plainly need to spend more time
reading it ... like i do ;-)

no error.  tl can't package something that ctan doesn't have.

however, we've now heard from the author (excellent news!) and he's said
he will review the package.
