[tex-live] Impossible to the make TL GUI window short: very annoying!

I know. I tried to reduce the size as much as possible, but these
net books seem to have even smaller vertical size than my mini laptop.
I will take a look and see what I can do.

As mentioned already, resizablility is not the problem. We cannot
shrink the stuff smaller, we need scrolling, or sub menus.
