[tex-live] updmap-sys failed

During today's update I got:

| Apparently

| was created by hand.  This config file should not be used anymore,

This looks strange to me because
C:/Programme/texlive/2012/texmf-config/web2c/updmap.cfg is exactly the
file that was created by 'updmap-sys --enable Map=mapfile'.

Then it continued like this:

This error reproduces after a subsequent call of updmap-sys.
