[tex-live] slight glitch on windows

I just did a test installation of TL12 on Windows 7

I notice there is a tool in the TeX Live 2012 menu called

TeX Live command line

If I open that tool

it is a standard command prompt, but the title of the window is still

TeX Live 2011

not quite sure if it is only on my test system.


BTW: are we still having these random perl crashes on Win XP, where the 
perl interpreter crashed during the TL installation

A user reported problems on her Win XP home edition.

Are we any closer to know why this happens? My Win 7 test laptop 
installed TL12 without a hitch in ~45min
