[tex-live] Request review TeX Live update notification

Hi all,

I have made a Python script for Linux that can be scheduled to notify
the user on any pending updates for TeX Live.

The goal was to keep it as simple as possible for the end user to see
what are pending updates and the possibility to initiate an update.

Attached you will find a screenshot and the notification and the Python
file itself. Hopefully this can become a part of the distro. If you are
interested, please do a review and send me feedback on what to improve.
