are you on sabbatical (or holiday) in the uk? if not, why on earth are
you using a uk mirror?
whatever, tl does indeed have pst-ode

but it arrived at most 4 hours ago; thus it's not surprising that the
oxford mirror doesn't have the package:

note that "Not Found" (it's for real: oxford really doesn't have the
package). mirrors are declared "failing" if they fall behind 24-hour
update-to-date-ness (as it were); oxford's nowhere near that, on this
metric.
