[tex-live] ctan->tl updates caught up

I downloaded "http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/update-tlmgr-
latest.exe", as per instructions above, and installed it successfully. But doing 
another "tlmgr update --list" tells me more infrastructure updates are 
available, but I'm not going to try those again.
