[tex-live] Synctex problem

Dear All,

I've recently upgraded my system to TexLive 2011 and I noticed that
synchronisation between source and PDF (and backwards) in TexWorks
misses a couple of lines. I reported the issue to TexWorks directly
(includes an example screenshot):

http://code.google.com/p/texworks/issues/detail?id=525&can=1&q=synctex&sort=-id

but it seem to be an upstream problem with Synctex. Namely, when I use a
Synctex files generated by a previous version TexLive 2010 with new
TexWorks the synchronisation works correctly. I've also fount that the
offsets in the files are wrong, namely:

X Offset:0
Y Offset:0

whereas, the old, correctly working file has:

X Offset:4736287
Y Offset:4736287

It'd make sense, because synchronisation works in general, it just
misses the lines by some offset. I see the same problem on all platforms.

Thank you for the help in advance.

Best wishes,

Jakub
