[tex-live] Fontconfig for XeTeX versus regular fontconfig

Thanh just wrote me a couple days ago saying he doesn't.
He'll fix bugs in the margin kerning, and that's all he can commit to.

    fairly easily, by modifying xetex so that (when using fontconfig to find
    fonts) it always writes the absolute path to the font file into the xdv

Sounds great.

I totally agree about not worrying about more "unportable" xdv files.
