[tex-live] biblatex-dw 1.4

    it seems that biblatex-dw 1.4 is still not in TeXLive, although it
    was updated a couple of days ago (see
    http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.comp.tex.ctan.announce/9134). Is
    there a particular reason for this?

Because there are only so many hours in the day.

I'll update it now.  There are many other pending updates, which I hope
to make a dent in today as well.
