[tex-live] Win 7: installationproblems, Perl stopped working

Update:

The user came back today.

We downloaded the latest installer (dated 20111114)

install-tl.bat failed with the error mentioned earlier

install-tl-advanced.bat runs fine (as observed by Steffen)

We are installing right now.

I'll perhaps do some tests with it when it has finished installing.

It might be an idea to mention this issue on the bugs page.
