[tex-live] problems with ftp.cstug.cz & IPv6

    Unrelated: what is the original/official source for syncing TL
    pretest? From the mirmon it is not trivial to guess and I cannot guess
    the addresses of any other rsync server listed there.

The rsync url's are now once again available as the link targets, as
described at http://tug.org/texlive/pretest.html#downloading.

A new release of mirmon had "improved" things so that rsync hosts didn't
show the url.  I'm writing the author about it.
