[tex-live] texdoc problem

I confirm exactly the same on Mac OSX, and Linux-64 and I believe
Heiko reported few days ago a similar problem with some other package
(all on texdoc v. 0.80) Meanwhile texdoc -l (or -s) works in such
cases properly
