[tex-live] TeXLive bug

Hello,

I have a problem installing latest version of TeXlive on Windows Xp
professional SP3 ENG version. Once Texlive downloaded and uncompressed, I
ran install-tl.bat with screenshot support2.png in attachment. Very strange
thing is, that if I run the very same installer from Hiren's boot cd mini
XP, everything works fine. If I ran it from any other Windows XP on any
other computer everything works fine. If I change compatibility mode on
install-tl.bat to run as Windows 95 and disable visual effects, there are
two errors but the process moves closer to correct state. Anyhow it doesn't
work as shown at support.png.

Please if you see any obvious problem, please let me know, or ask for more
details I can help.
