[tex-live] tlmgr gui is not working SOLVED

I got
[root at localhost ~]# rpm -qa | grep -i perl
...
perl-Tk-804.028-11.fc13.i686
...
and still tlmgr gui was not working.

However a simple update fixed the issue:
[root at localhost ~]# yum install perl-Tk
Loaded plugins: refresh-packagekit
....
Setting up Install Process
Resolving Dependencies
--> Running transaction check
---> Package perl-Tk.i686 0:804.028-12.fc14 set to be updated
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
