The similar files are  in MacOS X, intel 64 (may be a bit different
files) and this is not only in TL2011 pretest but in TL2010

Also in TL2009, MacOSX, PPC, 32 bit

Also on RHL x64 TL2009, TL2010

So it is not a new phenomena
