[tex-live] tiny warning/error about missing tlmenu.bat

I cannot reproduce that at all?!?! You installed on freebsd and something about
tlmenu.bat was mentioned.

And furthermore, *after* the postactions?

I just tried an installation and had no problems... neither from
tlpretest nor from  svn?
