[tex-live] tiny warning/error about missing tlmenu.bat

Hello,

when installing TL today (freebsd) I got the following report:

pre-generating all format files (fmtutil-sys --all), be patient...done
running package specific postactions
finished with package specific postactions
open(./tlpkg/installer/tlmenu.bat) failed, not copying: No such file
or directory at tlpkg/TeXLive/TLUtils.pm line 906.
