[tex-live] Is there a way to get mtmi.tfm font?

YandY originally encouraged you to create a 'real' version by combining two pfbs into a single font. So I used to have an actual MTMI.pfb/tfm, and when later versions of the mathtime support package suddenly came with MTMI.vf, that broke my installation in interesting ways.
