policy is, that tex live no longer holds support files for commercial
stuff.  (it never held the commercial stuff itself.)

you can get the support files from ctan, and install them in appropriate
places, yourself.

personally, i wouldn't bother, but you have presumably rejected my
suggestion of mtpro 2 lite.
