[tex-live] dvisvgm crashed: Windows/TexLive (10 and 11) +babel[russian]

Akira, Martin, thank you very much for fixing the bug.

Akira, how I can be notified that fixed dvisvgm will be available?  (may be feeds/rss?)
The fix applied only to dvisvgm or some other packages? (I wish update dvisvgm in existing TL2010).
