[tex-live] Partial LaTeX3 updates

    mh update going to CTAN today that is linked to the LaTeX3 one, and
    so should not go into TL2011 pretesting.

    By the way, is there any feeling yet on how long pretesting will last

I want to create the final TL release by June 30.

    before we are 'back to normal'?

But it will be at least another week or two after that before the *TC*
image is final, frozen, and at the DVD manufacturing house.  That's more
or less the point at which I plan to make the TL'11 release public.

So, maybe ~6 weeks from now, best case.
