[tex-live] msu-thesis missing from tlmgr database

Hi, I recently updated my thesis class (msu-thesis) but the update is not shown in the tlmgr database:

tlmgr: package repository http://mirror.unl.edu/ctan/systems/texlive/tlnet
package msu-thesis not present in package repository.

As part of the update, I fixed a naming problem (the main entry had been msuthesis, but now everything should be msu-thesis).  This might be part of the problem, since msuthesis is listed in the database.
